ACG Freight Inc. (“ACG Freight,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information, including information used in our SMS messaging program.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, business or employment-related information you voluntarily provide, SMS opt-in or consent status, consent timestamp and source, and interactions with our messages such as replies, HELP requests, and opt-outs.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide transportation and customer-care communications, coordinate loads and deliveries, send operational and dispatch messages, provide safety and compliance reminders, send account or settlement notifications, communicate about driver applications, recruiting and job opportunities, send marketing or promotional messages when you have opted in, provide support, maintain records of consent, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or carrier requirements.
4. SMS Consent and Opt-In
SMS enrollment is voluntary. Our primary SMS opt-in method is the public web form at https://acgfreight.com/sms-opt-in. The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not pre-selected. Providing a phone number without affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox does not constitute SMS consent.
Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase, service, or employment.
5. SMS Opt-Out and Help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We may also recognize standard carrier opt-out keywords such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. 6. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Data
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
We may share Personal Data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including platform providers, phone companies, and vendors that assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All other categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes.
7. Other Service Providers and Legal Disclosures
We may disclose limited information to service providers acting on our behalf, or when required by law, legal process, safety obligations, fraud prevention, or regulatory requirements. Such disclosures do not permit unrelated third-party marketing use of SMS opt-in data or consent.
8. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. We retain consent and messaging records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, compliance, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.
