1. Program Name and Description
The ACG Freight Inc. SMS Messaging Program provides text communications to subscribers who have opted in. Depending on the subscriber relationship with ACG Freight Inc., messages may include:
- load, pickup, delivery, ETA, shipment, BOL, and rate-confirmation updates;
- dispatch and other operational coordination;
- safety, compliance, document, and reminder messages;
- account, reimbursement, settlement, and customer-care notifications;
- driver application follow-up, document requests, orientation scheduling, recruiting, and job opportunities; and
- marketing or promotional messages from ACG Freight Inc.
2. How to Opt In
Subscribers may enroll through our public SMS opt-in form at https://acgfreight.com/sms-opt-in. The SMS-specific checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. A phone number entered without checking the SMS consent checkbox is not treated as SMS consent.
By affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox and submitting the form, you agree to receive the message types described above from ACG Freight Inc. and acknowledge that you are opting into marketing texts from ACG Freight Inc.
3. Consent Is Optional
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, service, or employment.
4. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary based on your relationship and activity with ACG Freight Inc. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We may also recognize standard carrier opt-out keywords such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. After you opt out, ACG Freight Inc. will send an opt-out confirmation and no further campaign messages will be sent unless you later re-enroll.

7. Privacy

8. Eligibility and Availability
You must have authority to enroll the mobile number you provide. SMS availability may depend on your carrier, device, and service area.
9. Program Changes
ACG Freight Inc. may modify or discontinue the SMS program or these Terms & Conditions. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Changes do not eliminate your right to opt out at any time.
